බ්ලොග්කරුවකු අත්අඩංගුවට පත් වීමේ සිද්ධිය පිළිබඳ තොරතුරු අවශ්යයි!
බ්ලොග් අඩෙවියක පළ වූ කිසියම් ලිපියක් හෝ ප්රතිචාරයක් හේතුකොට ගෙන බ්ලොග්කරුවකු අත්අඩංගුවට පත් ව ඇති බවට නිශ්චිත නොවන පුවතක් පැතිර යමින් තිබෙනවා. එසේ වුවත් ඒ බ්ලොග්කරු කවුද, පළ ව තිබූ සටහන හෝ ප්රතිචාරය කුමක් ද, අදාළ අඩෙවිය කුමක් ද යන්න පිලිබඳ කිසිදු තොරතුරක් ප්රසිද්ධියට පත් ව නැහැ. මෙසේ අතිශය ගුප්ත ආකාරයෙන් අත්අඩංගුවට ගනු ලැබූ පුද්ගලයා දැන් රිමාන්ඩ් බන්ධනාගාරගත කර ඇති බව ඩේලි මිරර් පුවත්පත වාර්තා කරනවා. මේ ගුප්ත භාවය නිසා අන්තර්ජාලයට ලියන කියන අදහස් පල කරන සියලු දෙනාට ම හිස් කරදාසියක අත්සන් කෙරුනු වරෙන්තුවක් නිකුත් වී ඇති සෙයක් දිස් වෙනවා.

Youth remanded over web comments on Sri Lankan President

Nov 01, Colombo: The Matale Magistrate Courts today ordered to remand a youth who had made offensive comments on the President and the Secretary of Defense through the Internet.
The suspect was remanded until the 6th of this month by the Courts following his arrest by the Criminal Investigations Department.
According to the CID sources, the suspect, Gayan Rajapakse, a resident of Alauwa area, has made offensive comments on the President and Defence Secretary in a web site recently.

altA resident of Alauwa was arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department over allegations of making offensive comments regarding the President and the Secretary of Defense on the web. The suspect remanded till the 6th of November by the Matale Magistrate. Political analyst said this move is a major threat to the freedom of expression.
Government decided to publish advertisements in ‘national’ newspapers stating that news published in news web sites are fabricated, asking people not to accept them and be wary of such news publications, few days ago. Media Minister Lakshman Yapa Abeyawardene said the government took measures to first ban pornographic web sites and now its attention is drawn towards web sites that publish fabrications as news. Although government said they have banned pornographic web sites, there are many such webs in the top ranking web sites of Sri Lanka.
